Bereavement Counselor– Full Time, Lake Havasu City
To provide guidance and emotional support to individuals and groups, adults and children, both before and after death, for evaluation/assessment. Assist with program development, educational programs, for employees, volunteers and the community. Collaborate effectively as a part of a team to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. Bachelors or Masters degree preferred.
Social Workers, LCSW, LMSW– Full Time, Lake Havasu City
We are looking for two fulltime Social Workers, LCSW or LMSW to work from our Lake Havasu City office These are new positions, brought on by our continuing steady growth. Our Social Workers work closely with patients and families, in homes and assisted living facilities. Your work is valued and important. You will be an integral part of our Interdisciplinary Teams, supported by a staff with decades of experience. Social Workers, per diem, Lake Havasu City
We are seeking two per diem social workers to alternate work on weekends. These are new positions, brought on by continued steady growth. Must have Social Work degree from accredited school of Social Work and a minimum of one year experience in medical or mental health work. You will work closely with our professional Care Teams in providing care for patients and families.
Nurse Practitioner – Part Time and Per Diem Lake Havasu City
Provides recommendations and consultations with other hospice team members requiring advanced knowledge base and extensive clinical experience. A high degree of critical thinking, analysis and independent judgment required, working autonomously and collaborating within the interdisciplinary team environment. Supervises and evaluates the work activities of nursing personnel, as directed.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Fort Mohave
Visit/Per Diem/Fort Mohave: Provides basic patient care under direction of nursing staff. All care is designated in patient’s plan of care
Visit Nurse (RN or LPN) PerDiem
Lake Havasu City, Ft. Mohave
Visit Nurse/Part Time/Per Diem/Lake Havasu City and Ft. Mohave: Provide comprehensive nursing care to hospice patients in the home setting to maximize their comfort and manage their symptoms. For various shifts.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Lake Havasu City
Visit/Full Time/Per Diem/Lake Havasu City Area: Provides basic patient care under direction of nursing staff. All care is designated in patient’s plan of care.
After Hours RN — Ft. Movave/Bullhead City
Two after-hours RNs are needed at our Ft. Mohave office to serve patients and families after regular working hours. Must have current Arizona RN license, and current CPR certification. Stipend, after hours pay and mileage reimbursement. You determine the nights you will work.
