Current Career Opportunities

Social Worker – Full Time – Part Time – Lake Havasu City

Full Time- Responsible for the delivery of varied social work services to patients and families to ensure that their emotional and social needs are met.  Provide psychosocial assessments, ongoing psychosocial counseling and education.  Active member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) assisting with development and implementation of patient care plans.

Part Time- Ability to work every other weekend days.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work. LCSW preferred.


RN – Visit Nurse – Full Time – Fort Mohave

Provides nursing care to patients to maximize the comfort and health of terminally ill patients and their families. Hospice philosophy of care. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions. Ability to work weekends and after hours.


RN – After Hours – Part Time – Fort Mohave  

Provides nursing care to patients to maximize the comfort and health of terminally ill patients and their families. Hospice philosophy of care. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions.  Ability to work weekends and after hours.


RN – Visit Nurse – Per Diem – Lake Havasu City  and Fort Mohave

Provides nursing care to patients to maximize the comfort and health of terminally ill patients and their families. Hospice philosophy of care. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions. Ability to work weekends and after hours.


RN – After Hours – Per Diem– Polidori House, Lake Havasu City

Provides nursing care to patients to maximize the comfort and health of terminally ill patients and their families. Hospice philosophy of care. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions. Ability to work 12 hour shifts.  Ability to work weekends and after hours.


Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Per Diem – Lake Havasu City, Fort Mohave, Polidori House  

Per Diem, Lake Havasu City Area: Provides basic patient care under direction of nursing staff. All care is designated in patient’s plan of care.


Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Per Diem – In-patient Polidori House, Lake Havasu City  

Under the direction of a R.N. or LPN, Certified Nurse Assistants are an important part of the patient care team. The C.N.A. will perform various direct basic patient care activities within his/her scope of practice in the home or facility setting.  All care is designated in the patient’s plan of care as determined by Hospice of Havasu’s interdisciplinary team. This position has no supervisory responsibility.
