Since our founding in 1982, hundreds and hundreds of persons have written thank-you letters and tributes to patients who have died. This page allows those tributes and thank you notes to continue in a new way.

◊ Message can be a personal tribute to someone, whether a patient or not.

◊ Message can also be a thank you to Hospice of Havasu staff and team members who were helpful to you.

◊ Message must be limited to 250 words.

◊ Pictures, in a jpg format (no larger than 1 MB), can be submitted.

◊ Use of message and/or photos is at the discretion of Hospice of Havasu staff members.

◊ No abusive or false information will be allowed.

◊ Messages will stay on the site for 60 days and then be deleted.
