The Hospice of Havasu Resale Store is bigger and better!

On July 7th, the successful store re-opened at 232 London Bridge Road, in the building that once housed the Department of Economic Security offices.

The building, now extensively remodeled, is more than twice as large as the original location on McCulloch Boulevard, meaning expanded merchandise selection, dressing rooms, storage and repair areas and meeting space for Hospice of Havasu staff members and volunteers.

“We are now be able to offer top-quality home appliances and other large items we could not find space for in our old location,” said Bob Koltes, store manager. “It is a beautiful store, with bargains from front to back.”

As in the past, the store features home furnishings and accessories, gently used clothing for the entire family, electrical appliances, sporting goods, books and frequent surprises.

All merchandise is donated to the store, with the donor able to deduct fair market value of the goods. Those wishing to donate items should contact Koltes or staff members at the store.

Proceeds from store sales go to support Hospice of Havasu patients and programs.
